Do my files get uploaded?

No. Never. We use browser-based Web Workers to process PDFs directly inside your browser memory. Your files do not leave your device at any point. There is no upload step because there is no server waiting to receive one.

Is there a file size limit?

The limit depends on your browser and available device memory, not on us. We do not impose any artificial caps. Most modern devices handle PDFs up to 500MB without any issues.
